Seriously, you described my son (who is the same age as yours and also has reflux) to a tee. It has gotten to the point where I refuse to breastfeed him in public. The gagging, choking, barfing, and crying is just too embarrassing. Half the time he is so dramatic it's just as embarrassing to feed him pumped milk in a bottle in public.
